Logging into cPanel fails when I attempt it from ClientNet.

If you cannot login to cPanel from ClientNet, it's probably because the password is no longer in sync with ClientNet.

You can reset your password by logging into ClientNet at md-media.com.au/clientnet.

  1. Enter your email and password and click 'Login'
  2. Once logged in, go to 'My Services'
  3. Choose the service you wish to login to, then click the 'Details' button in the far-right column.
  4. Find 'Login to cPanel'.
  5. Below that button, you will see 'Login Details'
  6. Enter a new password, then type the same password again to confirm it. Choose a strong password, as you will not have to remember it.
  7. Click 'Update'
  8. Now, click 'Login to cPanel' and you should have access.
