If you cannot login to cPanel from ClientNet, it's probably because the password is no longer in sync with ClientNet.
You can reset your password by logging into ClientNet at md-media.com.au/clientnet.
- Enter your email and password and click 'Login'
- Once logged in, go to 'My Services'
- Choose the service you wish to login to, then click the 'Details' button in the far-right column.
- Find 'Login to cPanel'.
- Below that button, you will see 'Login Details'
- Enter a new password, then type the same password again to confirm it. Choose a strong password, as you will not have to remember it.
- Click 'Update'
- Now, click 'Login to cPanel' and you should have access.
