How do I create email accounts?

Firstly, login to cPanel

If you have this information handy, you can login directly. Proceed to the next section.

If not, go to md-media.com.au/clientnet and login with your email and password. Using the blue bar along the top, click 'My Services'.

Click the 'edit' icon next to the account you wish to edit. Scroll down and click 'Login to cPanel'.

Locate the 'Mail' box and then click 'Email Accounts'. Here you can add, edit and view all the mail accounts.

You can also create email forwarders from the same location, but by going to 'Email Forwarders' rather than accounts.

Email Details

At this time, all accounts use the same information.

Mail Server Username: Email address where + replaces @ (eg. john@myaccount.com would be john+myaccount.com)
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yoursite.com (replace yoursite.com with your domain name)
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) shuma.websitewelcome.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yoursite.com (replace yoursite.com with your domain name) (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) mail.yoursite.com (replace yoursite.com with your domain name) (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
