There are two types of emails- forwarders that forward email on to another address- eg. contactus@yourdomain.com forwards to yourname@gmail.com, and email accounts which let you check your email online and with programs such as Outlook.
Firstly, decide what type of address you need.

How to access email using POP and IMAP in programs such as Outlook:
Your settings will be as follows:
These settings apply for the email address username@yourdomain.com. Replace with your actual address.
Mail Server Username: username+yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) shuma.websitewelcome.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) mail.yourdomain.com.au (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
